This is the perfect workout for when you are running low on time but really want to smash your abs!
Add todays workout into your routine 2-3 times per week and if you really give it everything you will see noticeable results in no time :)
The abs are one of the best and worst muscle groups to train. Best because you don’t need heavy weight to train them and worst because they hurt like hell and you have to continuously maintain them. This routine is designed to target all of the areas of your abs for the optimal amount of time, you never want to over train your abs, just get the right amount of squeeze!
If you need more rest you can pause the video at anytime and take a longer break =)
