dodge ram 2500 throttle body cable removal
to disconnect the cables from the dodge ram 2500 year model 2000, push the cable forward inline with the cable. you may need to turn the rocker slightly to have room to pop it forward.
to remove the cable assembly from the cable bracket, there are two different types of cable locks. one type has a tab that you pull forward slightly, which allows the cable to slide up. be careful not to break it.
the other two cables have a compressible foot at the top and bottom of the connector. if you cant get pliers in there to hold the top and bottom at the same time, then try pressing down on the top with a screw driver and rocking the top out and then compress the bottom and pull the whole thing out.
