Astra Virtue serves as one of Astra Group’s primary recruitment channels, where it is used to promote job vacancies across various Astra Group companies. It is predominantly utilized during key events such as the Astra Group Job Fair (Virtue) and other recurring recruitment initiatives. Astra Virtue has two core objectives: first, to provide a centralized platform for job postings within the Astra Group; second, to enhance employer branding by showcasing Astra's work environment and offering insights into the experiences of Astra employees.
Objective:
Our aim is to revamp the Astra Virtue website to make it more engaging, informative, and interactive. The enhanced platform will feature improved two-way communication between candidates and recruitment teams during Virtue events. A key upgrade includes introducing a 360-degree virtual experience, offering an immersive event atmosphere akin to an offline job fair. Additionally, we plan to extend the platform’s utility to support a broader range of Astra Group recruitment events while maintaining Virtue as the centerpiece. The platform will also be designed to accommodate multiple events simultaneously, with Virtue events remaining the primary focus.
