This user-supplied video documents a striking issue in Gibson Ridge GR2's warnings display (Clip #2) as of Dec 2021 compared to WSV3 V5.7's correct handling of NWS "CAN" VTEC severe warning messages. The video further documents far faster warning display/update times in WSV3 over GR, up to over 40+ seconds faster, running both programs side-by-side, thanks to WSV3's new instantaneous warnings PUSH protocol. The new instant PUSH warnings server integration in WSV3 comes built-in with no additional data add-ons even though it is based upon a private XMPP server integration into the NWWS (National Weather Wire Service).

For reference, Clips #1 and #3 pertain to 2021 KLZK SVR warning #298 (https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/vte... Clip #2, id. at #296 (https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/vte...)

New users can download both WSV3 and GR2 free trials right now and compare for themselves the speed and accuracy of each product's NWS severe warning polygon text product ingestion, parsing, and live/historical loop displays.
