Toric Lens in WRONG Position after Cataract Surgery - What to do?
A toric lens needs to be positioned in the correct orientation to reduce astigmatism and improve vision. If a toric lens rotates off the intended axis, the patient's vision will get worse. After this patient had cataract surgery, the toric lens implant rotated off-axis and the vision worsened. In this video, I will show you how my patient's toric lens (Aspire Toric lens) rotated after surgery, how that affected his vision, and how we fixed the problem.
