Part Two of God’s Happiness takes a closer look at the process and chemistry of beer brewing and fermentation. It answers questions about why barley must be allowed to sprout, also known as malting. And how and why it is dried in a kiln and for how long. Learn the difference between extract brewing and all-grain brewing and what the advantages of those methods.
