One Year of Community, Wellness & Connection at the Bob Crane Community Center
The Bob Crane Community Center is turning one, and what a year it’s been! Since opening in the heart of the Kingsdale District in April 2025, this 165,000+ square foot multi-generational hub has become a true home for the Upper Arlington community. From the indoor pool and playground to fitness studios, gymnasiums, walking track, art gallery, and event spaces, the building now houses countless programs and activities for every age and interest—all under one roof. With over 12,000 members, Parks & Recreation staff bring each day to life with opportunities for connection, learning, fitness, and fun.
Separately, the facility is home to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, featuring the James Survivorship Center, Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and Integrative Medicine, bringing world-class care directly to the community.
