the reward is skewed in favour of staying on the same side, but crossups might be good for mental or for closing rounds
For same side overhead, j.H immediately after dashing. Other arials work but j.H is consistent and maximises damage.
For crossup overhead, delay a j.S a lot - it's possible to hit the crossup too high up for any followups after landing to connect.
For crossup low, simply do a low after landing. This is the easiest to do, but the reward is very small.
For same side low, you want to make sure the 88PRC is as early as possible. I use a j.K as it's fast and has few active frames, so you fall and stay on the same side but without hitting them, then 2K on landing.
Because these use butterfly blockstun, I don't think any are DP-safe, but you can predict and punish DP using FD to fall and block.
