iRacing VR - Oculus Quest 2 Recording Test 03
I recorded this in preparation for getting my A-class Road license in iRacing. My heart has always belonged to thoroughbred open-wheel cars, so I'm a bit under-rehearsed for hustling this Ferrari 488 GT3 around Summit Point. But hey, I'm not looking to accomplish anything other than grab that license promotion. No judging! ;-)
On the VR front, I'm running the Oculus Mirror in 1080p resolution and the image is much better on the recording than my previous 2 tests. But there are a few moments where I'm maxing out the CPU and losing some frame rate. So I'll keep tweaking the settings to find the best compromise. But getting there!
