Villanova Softball Player Hitting Lesson (COACH STEVE NIKORAK)
Steve Nikorak works with Villanova softball player, Emily Orr. Emily says that she has been hitting under the ball, causing the ball to go up in the air as opposed to what she wants, line drives. Steve provides her with corrective drills to perfect the swing. They focus on the mental aspect of having aggressive, athletic thoughts, instead of focusing too much on mechanics.
