Leadsquared CZ Bar Integration from C-Zentrix
Leadsquared is a lead management CRM and it is available with C-Zentrix call center solution. CZ Bar is the CTI plugin which enables Leadsquared users to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls. With SSO integration, the user needs to login to Leadsquared and gets automatically logged to C-Zentrix call center platform. The lead page pop up, click to dial, call log, call recordings are all the features that comes with this integration.
