Ingredients for Homemade Mango Ice cream:
✓Mango riped – 3pcs
✓Heavy whipping cream – 2 sachet
✓Mango condensed milk - 1/2 can
✓Pure vanilla extract – 1 tablespoon
METHOD FOR MAKING HOMEMADE MANGO ICE CREAM:
• Washed everything needed
• Simply chopped the mango then set aside.
• Whipped the heavy cream lightly until it will become foamy. Add the mango condensed milk. Add cheese, vanilla extract and then the chopped mango fresh. Mix it well.
•Put in a clean container before putting in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
•Serve and enjoy!
