Classic Load Balancer Demo Part-21|Zero To Hero in AWS Certified Solutions Architect- Associate 2020
Hey guys.
This is the Part 21 of AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate course. In this section we are going to learn more about Load Balancers and also see a demo on Classic Load Balancer.
Below are the steps need for the demo:
Demo on Classic Load Balancers:
1) Create 2 EC2 Instances
2) Install Apache2 on both the instances and have the messages "Webserver 1" on first EC2 and "Webserver 2 " on second EC2
3) Create Classic Load Balancer with Port 80 and add these 2 EC2 Instances in it.
4) Use Load Balancer DNS name to load the web page. It should rotate among the 2 EC2's in a round robbin fashion.
5) Now, Make the second EC2 unhealthy by Stopping the Apache2 using below command.
service apache2 stop
6) This time the load balancer sends the load only to Web server 1.
