Remove NAND chip from USB flash drive for chip-off / transplant
Short demonstration of removal of a NAND chip from a USB Stick for the purpose of data recovery. Since NAND chips do not like heat, we want to reduce chip temperature and also stress that can occur due to sudden temperature changes. To do so we need to monitor the NAND chip's temperature and gradually add heat, bottom only first. By doing so we only need to expose the chip to heat directly for a very short period.
