Niko goes to Roman's cab office where Niko is introduced to Roman's girlfriend Mallorie, and Vlad, a man who Roman owes money to.
Roman tells Niko to drive him to a hardware store where Roman hopes to win some money. On the way to the store Roman warns Niko that there are men looking for him because of his depts and that Niko must warn him if men show up.
Once at the store Roman hands Niko his old cell phone which the player can use for the remainder of the game. While Roman is betting, two men show up looking for Roman. Niko calls Roman and waits for him to run back the car before losing the two men on the way back to Roman's cab office. Mission 3 (Three's a Crowd) should be up shortly
