Fix for loading of unsigned module rejected when installing drivers for usb wifi dongle ubuntu
These drivers work for USB WiFi Adapters that are based on the RTL8811CU, RTL8821CU, RTL8821CUH and RTL8731AU Chipsets - v5.12.0.4

fix is straight forward,
i disabled the secure boot option in Bios settings,
do access bios settings, keep tapping on delete while initial boot, then disable the secure boot, after that save the bios settings and reboot, this should make the drivers loaded properly, and wifi should start working
