Lesson 3 - How To Integrate Review App & Facebook Page With Robosell?
In this video, Joey will show you how to add Facebook posts and product reviews into your recovery email using Robosell. Firstly, go to the Integrations section, where you can see that Robosell supports two Review Apps - Stamped.io and Judge.me. Joey will guide you through connecting those two apps to Robosell.
For Stamped.io, you need to click on Settings, then API keys, and copy and paste the public key and private key to Robosell. Congratulations, you have connected your Stamped.io account to Robosell! If you want to remove the connection, you can do it simply by clicking on the remove button. Next, Joey shows how to connect Judge.me to Robosell by copying and pasting the public key and private key from Judge.me's Developers section.
Next up, Joey shows you how to connect your Facebook Page to Robosell. Simply click on the Add Page button, login to your Facebook account, choose the Page you want to connect, and click Next and Done. Now you can insert Facebook posts and product reviews into your emails using Robosell's email editor.
Joey demonstrates how to use the Review Block as an example. Drag the Review Block into the email, and choose Select From App. Robosell will list all your reviews from your review app for you to choose, so you can pick the one you like. You can also switch to Manual mode to modify the title, content, avatar of customer, star rating, and product image. By doing this, you can enrich the content of your email and help recover more abandoned checkouts from customers who really care about reviews.
