Lesson 4 - How To Track Recovery Performance In Robosell
Hey everyone, welcome to our channel! In this video, Joey will introduce how to track recovery performance and orders using Robosell.
To get started, head over to the Statistics tab on your Robosell dashboard. From there, Joey will show you how to check your Recovered Revenue data across different dimensions such as channel and tactic. Analyzing this data can help you adjust the sequence of tactics or channels in Automation for better performance.
Additionally, Joey will guide you on how to keep track of the orders that Robosell has already recovered for you by clicking on the Recovery List tab. By clicking on each recovered order, you can access detailed information including abandoned checkout details, customer information, recovery route, and order details.
