Copyright and Creative Commons licensing in OJS journals
PKP presents this webinar to provide an overview of copyright in the Canadian context, open access publishing, and Creative Commons licenses.
In the practical Open Journal Systems (OJS) demonstration, participants will learn how to add copyright and licensing information site-wide and at a publication level.

Speakers: Mariya Maistrovskaya and Jennifer Zerkee
Mariya Maistrovskaya is a librarian with over 8 years of experience supporting OJS journals and writing OJS documentation for the PKP Docs Hub.
Jennifer Zerkee is a Copyright Specialist in the Simon Fraser University Copyright Office, where she develops and delivers copyright education to instructors, researchers, students, and staff. She holds a Creative Commons Certificate for Librarians and assists SFU authors in making their work openly available.
