✅ Preparation method
1. Prepare the cake
1. In a large bowl, mix 2 and a half cups sifted flour, a tablespoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt well.
2. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs at room temperature with a teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup sugar, and a teaspoon vinegar until a creamy mixture is formed.
3. Add half a cup of oil gradually while beating, then add 1 cup of milk and continue beating until the mixture is homogeneous.
4. Add the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients in stages, stirring constantly until you get a smooth mixture.
5. Grease a baking tray with oil and flour it.
6. Pour the mixture into the tray, then place it in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for 35-40 minutes. The fire should be from below.
7. In a bowl, mix 1 cup condensed milk with 2 cups of milk and 2 tablespoons of Chantilly cream or whipping cream well until the mixture is homogeneous.
