Hey Guys, Brandon Marcelas here founder of Cinema Black LLC, and today I'm giving you a review for Secure Data Recovery.
Now what brought me here: so my SD card broke when I was filming this really really big gig for the Library of Congress, it was really fun. But here nor there when I was trying to switch my SSD card out to put my SD card in. I'm using a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera, 6k Pro, Amazing. It wouldn't go in, and so I kept looking in the dark, and I was like: "Oh, ok, what's going on?", and I realized it was chipped and it was broken. So I was losing it. I had 3 projects on there that I hadn't exported yet, that was all just within 2 days. I couldn't figure out a way to move forward. So I actually called a different company and I showed them a picture of what the SD looked like. But they sent me over to Secure Data Recovery. So when I initially sent them an email and did my own incident report they were super responsive like minutes, like boom, boom, boom every time I sent them an email, and outside of that the customer service was just so relieving right. There is one thing for people or one thing for services that allow you to get the things that you want but let's say that they can't do right or that you can't do conflict resolution was a big big thing that they were able to offer me. I was having so much struggling just with going to a location to send them my drive and my sd card, and they were like: "Ok, we can go here, or here. How about this stuff? How about that time?" I was going back and forth with Scott. Shout out to Scott - you really made this work for me. Going back and forth trying to figure out how to do this I finally was able to make this work. Sent the sd card in and when it came to what the final payment was they finally had to send me a quote after making an assessment. I was like : "What am I going to do?". Conflict resolution. They sent me payment plans in order to make things work for me. I think that is the biggest hope that any organization or anytime I"m asking service anyone can do. They were phenomenal! If anyone has Scott McMacken just know Brandon gives him thumbs up review. That's the person you want to work with. I'm felling really thankful. I rate the whole experience 5 out of 5. They are quick and again and anytime I run into an emergency issue I know who to call. Thank you! That's my review.
