Coconut Popsicles
13.5 ounce can coconut milk
2 - 14 ounce cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
2 (coconut milk) cans water
Mix all the ingredients together and freeze at least five hours in plastic cups or popsicle molds.
Lemon-Lime Popsicles
8 cups whole milk
3 cups sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Mix all ingredients together and freeze in plastic cups or popsicle molds.
