Intro to Form Wizard
In this video I will provide you a short introduction to the ProMISe form wizard.
As you will have noticed in by far the majority of instruction videos we show the default form that is the foundation of ProMISe.
The default form consists of just 6 powerful fields enabling a whole array of applications to improve your production and logistical processes.
These fields are:
-- The chosen path in the ProMISe Matrix
-- A timestamp
-- A human resource quantitative indicator
-- The loss of production and/or quality
-- A general comments field
-- and images
Because ProMISe is so easy to use in daily operations our customers asked us if it would be possible to adapt ProMISe so they can use it, not only for production improvement, but for a whole variety of purposes, from Quality, Health and environmental goals, to safety checks, to production check lists, FDA, ISO audits and many many more purposes.
Together with our clients, our team of operational technologists mapped the expressed wishes and conceived a complete new templating module, called the ProMISe form wizard.
With help of the form wizard you can now also add any mixture of the following fields into a form:
-- Text boxes
-- Multi line Text Areas
-- Check boxes
-- Radio buttons
-- Pull-down menus
-- Date & time pickers
-- Number fields
-- Complete dynamic tables, containing all above
-- Html richtext editors
With ProMISe you can create now virtually any questionnaire you would like and as many as you like.
In just four steps,
-- naming and placing in the Matrix,
-- add the fields
-- Provide instructions for the user
-- Define the views
You create your personal forms.
