This video provides an introduction of the powerful BI Analytics in ProMISe.
As we scroll down the modules bar we encounter the OEE reports module.
In the OEE report module you can find any OEE calculation and report for every individual shift within your company.
Beside overall trends the modules contains detailed reports where a precise image is created about the performance of a specific shift and or production day.
Providing you with critical information on short term notice and a general overview about the progression of performance.
Now, an OEE report is helpful for short term evaluation but it's not going to help you with the decision process to start improving.
That's where ProMISe powerful BI analytics come in.
To set your priorities and to address the topic that will bring you the most improvement, we developed the unique zoomable pareto module.
By hand of the pareto results you will be able to select your most costly root-cause over any given period.
The combination with trends and advanced prediction models, will guide you in the process of fact based priority setting.
If you would like to make Six Sigma analyses,
