Today we are going to see a tasty homemade jam and that is "PINEAPPLE JAM". This can be made by homemade without adding any artificial ingredients. The ingredients used in this pineapple jam recipe and the way of making is also very simple.
Ingredients:
1. Pineapple : 1
2. Sugar : For 1 cup pineapple paste we need 1/2 cup sugar
3. Lemon juice or vinegar : 1 tablespoon
We have to make this jam in low flame only. Before adding sugar we have to cook for 15 minutes and after adding sugar we have to cook for 15 minutes. Totally we have to cook this pineapple for 30 minutes.
Note:From the pineapple foam will formed, we have to stir till all the foams dissolved.
After completely cooldown store in a dry glass container. Store it in the refrigerator and it surely last for months and months.
