You’ll occasionally still find some skeptics when it comes to music theory… but I think deep down, most guitarists would like to understand it. At least the basics.
Knowing theory makes A HUGE difference… It helps with communication, improvising composition, your ear, and even with one’s enjoyment of music.
The moment I realized that people enjoyed my style of teaching, and that I was able to help people understand things they had been confused about for years, in minutes, I knew I was destined to pursue teaching and mentoring.
There is nothing more frustrating than wanting to understand something and not being able to find the right information. I’ve been there myself and I almost gave up guitar because of this.
This is why I have made it my MISSION to help people understand music and express their full potential.
