Today My topic of discussion is whether one-time teaching is sufficient. A teacher who teaches you only once is enough for you. There is a misconception that some PK-MK-DR sir can teach you something extra that is wrong. This is a created hype. When all the teachers teach you, you only retain 35% of the delivered lecture. If Newton himself comes alive and teaches the Laws of Motion, you can't understand more than 35% of them. If Bohr himself teaches you Bohr's Theory, you will not understand more than 35% of it for the first time. The rest you will understand by studying yourself. By tutoring yourself, you will cover the 25% learning gap. These PK-MK-DK sir are the products of advertising. There will be no difference. When any teacher teaches you. You will only understand 35% of it. But when you revise it by yourself, you will learn 25% more. When you face a challenge, you will grow the remaining 30%. When somebody will tell you what you do not know until and unless you identify your weaker area (things like formative assessment systems are now available which can tell you what you do not know). You can gain that knowledge instantly with the help of books, your teacher, or our smart learning system, but you have to do it yourself. The idea is that you must do everything yourself. The concept is that you have to drive the bicycle. Your cycle should not be driven by your teacher, coaching institute, or so-called highly-paid tutors; instead, it should be driven by you because you have to appear in the exam. What happens in a formative assessment is that you come to know immediately what is not known to you and you cover it up. The gap in learning rapidly is why this is referred to as the fastest method of learning. Be confident at your school. Teacher, One-time teaching is sufficient Because there is limited time with you. You do not have time to grow your knowledge. So do not waste your double time by spending it at your coaching centers, as you are being taught one thing in school. Then, again, you go to the coaching center and study the same material again. Your teacher taught you a topic, and the coaching center teaches the same. You wasted time by not studying it yourself. This is the first loss, and another big loss is that your mind can grab knowledge only to a certain limit. As of today, you are preparing for one exam. Your teacher teaches you mechanics in physics at your school; in chemistry, atomic structure; and biology, cell structure; but the same day when you go to the coaching center, they teach you to heat in physics in place of mechanics; atomic structure in place of chemical bonding in chemistry; and in biology, hereditary principles are taught in place of cell structure. Neither you grasp the school’s topics nor the coach’s topics properly. And the whole day was spent in vain. You think you have helped yourself by spending the money on yourself; please think carefully again whether you have made a loss to yourself. Just ponder over these words and learn to move forward by having confidence in yourself. If money could buy everything, then all the rich people's children would be selected for every exam. Probably you would understand me. Thank you.
