My topic for today's discussion is for parents. The most important matter for a parent in our country is the education and success of the child. Parents can do anything about this. They are ready to spend a lot of money to fulfill this goal. No doubt this is their love towards their child. But is this really fruitful and beneficial for your child? Today I will try to discuss the same with you, and then you will realize whether I was right or wrong. When your child is studying for an exam, you send him or her to school early in the morning. When he attends school, his teacher teaches him some topics, like mechanics in physics, atomic structure in chemistry, and cell structure in biology, and then the child comes home at 2 p.m., you feed him lunch, and he goes to sleep for a while. Then you wake him up at 4 o’clock and send him to any coaching center or tuition center. On that day at the coaching center, they are teaching heat in place of mechanics, chemical bonding in place of atomic structure, and hereditary in place of cell structure in biology. Your child's brain has a limited absorbing capacity for these topics. He was taught those topics in school, and here at the coaching session, he is taught totally different topics. He passed the time there. Now it is 8pm. He neither grabbed the topics in the school nor in the coaching institute. He is missing the concepts in school as well as here in the coaching center. Due to this, he could get 80% marks in chemistry by going to school only. But now, due to confusion, by going to the coaching center, he might be getting 70%. You think to yourself that by paying lakhs of rupees to the coaching centers, you have fulfilled your responsibility. Have you ever considered whether you have aided or harmed your child? Have you ever thought to measure and monitor this? You overwhelm your children with your love by spending so much money on them. This is an important issue. You should start thinking about it and pondering it. You could be losing money instead of making money. Please think about it. Thank you.
