Feeling Good was written by Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse for a musical called The Roar of the Greasepaint – The Smell of the Crowd.
1964 it was performed by Cy Grant then in 1965 by Gilbert Price.
Nina Simone recorded it later in 1965 for an album called I Put a Spell on You.
What can I say, it is one of them songs that you hear and love your whole lifetime. I have been trying to cover it a lot of many and many a lot of times and it didnt happen. So now, it is here and out and I hope you can draw something from it.
