Install H-encore for PS Vita 3.73 + Download
Hey guys, here's a video for you on how to install the H-encore Exploit on your PS Vita running OFW 3.73 Download the files below and lets begin!!

Step 1: After Downloading the files from above, Extract the files from the FinalHE download to your desktop. You can use an extraction program or just right click and extract.
Step 2: Now install the CMA (Content Manager Assistant) and follow through the prompts, once done with that also install the QCMA driver provided.
Step 3: Open the FinalHE.exe and plug your PS Vita into USB to the PC and the program will read it. Once it picks it up select Let's Go!! on the FinalHE and allow it to download the exploit pkg. Be sure to Trim the pkg to 7mb or whatever is says for size to save time.
Step 4: Once the file is ready on your PS Vita system open the Application Content Manager and select Copy Content, then select Pc to PS Vita and you should see H-encore pop up under application. Just Simply copy.
Step 5: Once Copied over to the vita, unplug your PS Vita and select the H-encore icon on your system XMB, once there it either X/O based on your system setup, to install HENKaku, then the Same for VitaShell
NOTE: Every time you reboot your Vita you will need to Reload HENKaku
