Cactus Jaw - Slow - Abrams Street Saloon - 1997
I realize there are a few incarnations of this song floating around out there now, but I believe this version to be the one of the best. After all, Cactus Jaw did it first. This was one of the best songs Lance ever wrote and one of the best songs Cactus Jaw ever performed.
There was rarely a show when Dave Stage Williams from Drowning Pool didn't show up and get on stage with us. That's just what Dave did and we loved it. Dave loved Cactus Jaw and he learned Slow because he thought it was a great song - it was - and because he loved to get up and sing with good bands.
