Like lots of bands, Cactus Jaw endured personnel issues. Having two singers who play guitar is tough. Having four dynamic personalities in one band is tough. Most of the time it was great. Other times we suffered. But, we had some very uncommon resources to depend on when we hit snags.
Lance, sadly, left the band for a time. Tough void to fill when one of two singers leaves and he sang roughly fifty percent of your material. Of course, we had shows booked. One of those was at the Clubhouse, a benefit for a fellow musician who had fallen on hard times. We were determined to play the show come hell or high water and we would have done it as a trio.
But we didn't have to. As you can see, Dimebag filled in admirably for Lance. These are two of Cactus Jaw's best songs - a partial version of Chisel (we lost video somewhere) and our signature cut, Cactus Jaw.
Enjoy.
