Office Hours - 19 March 2022 - Undocumented Facts
Today, I thought I would Stream Live and Record how I identify those profiles what have Undocumented Facts.
I have talked about this report in my "Rules" series, but not how I manage that report.
I am using a Demonstration File that someone else had created for a specific purpose, but it doesn't meet my "standards". I regularly run the Undocumented Fact report, to make sure I have documented ALL of the Facts in my File.
In this case, there are 19 Pages of Undocumented Facts. When working on a Profile (People Workspace, Person View), it's pretty obvious that there are Facts without Citations. But some times, I just want to find the Records for those undocument Facts. I'll work on a couple of profiles, then move on to the next project but come back later to fix a couple more profiles.
I have stated a couple of times, that I work off of Ancestry HINTS. I may focus on the list of Profiles, that have those Hints, to help with the documentation.
Since I am actually doing this now, I'll record a couple of minutes of my process.
