Keema samosa is a popular Indian snack made with minced meat (usually lamb or beef) cooked with various spices and herbs, then stuffed inside a pastry and deep-fried until golden brown. Traditional samosa pastry is made with a mixture of flour, water, and sometimes oil, rolled out thinly and then filled with the keema mixture.

Using spring roll pastry to make keema samosas offers a different texture and taste compared to traditional samosa pastry. Spring roll pastry is thinner and typically made with flour, water, and sometimes eggs, resulting in a crispier texture when fried.
