Sonic 3 & Knuckles Longplay (No Commentary - Enhanced with THX Spatial Audio)
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles (often shortened as Sonic 3 & Knuckles) is a combination of two games released in 1994 for the Sega Genesis/Sega Mega Drive. These two games are Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles, both developed by Sega Technical Institute and published by Sega. These games were initially meant to be one game, but due to time restraints and costs of manufacturing cartridges, it was split into two different games. The latter half, Sonic & Knuckles, has a unique feature called Lock-On Technology, which allows a second cartridge to be attached on top of the Sonic & Knuckles cartridge. This allowed player to experience Sonic 3 the way it was meant to be should they attach the Sonic 3 cartridge on the Sonic & Knuckles cartridge.
This longplay was made using the remastered compilation game, Sonic Origins Plus, using several mods to fix the game and make it feel more like the original Sega Genesis classics. Here's the Google Doc that includes all the mods used:
