With 3D printing, the WSL Dendrosciences team develops and manufactures innovative tools for lab work and research.
This video gives an overview of the method an three examples of 3D printed tools:
a storage frame for microtome blades or blade holders
a ring-shaped slide holder to facilitate the scanning of micro-sections under a microscope.
