In this demo, I walk you through an upcoming ITOM store application in ServiceNow's Service Operations Workspace titled SOW Alert Automation, which will let you handle alert enrichment, grouping, and escalation directly in SOW. It also supports team based rules without requiring an admin user. It can be found part of the ITOM AIOps Experience store app.
