SPA DAY! PARK HOUSE HOTEL - MIDHURST
I spent a lovely day at Park House Hotel in Midhurst. Set at the foot of the South Downs, close to Chicester, Petworth and Goodwood. The house is set in beautiful gardens.
We opted for the Tranquillity package Day Spa Experience which includes 2 x 45min treatments or 1 x 90min treatment and afternoon tea with a glass of Champagne. I chose to have the Voya Reflexology (45 mins) and Vinosource Facial (45 mins) as my two treatments.
The spa includes a stunning 15-metre mother-of-pearl indoor swimming pool, a gym, four treatment rooms and a relaxation room. A personal trainer is available on request. Make use of our par 3, 6 hole, 18-tee, golf course. From May to September there is also a heated outdoor swimming pool and a wide range of outdoor sporting options, including tennis, croquet and bowls. Refreshments are served all day and there are complimentary robes, towels, herbal teas, water and fruit.
BABY INFO: A friend did bring her 5 month old along, it was quite a quiet hotel so she stayed in the lounge area for most of the day. There were no baby changing facilities and no high chairs. I wouldn't recommend taking children here it is very much an adults retreat.However, all the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
