Roger Lucey is a man well know for his contribution to the fight against apartheid using his strong political voice through protest songs and through his work as a journalist. In the live audio field recording, You Are the One (from his album Now is the Time), we see a softer side to Roger's writing. This recording took place in the Noordhoek Mountains in Cape Town, the perfect rocky backdrop for this endearing ballad.
