Am I helping this bloke to kill himself?

I gave him £2 as I saw him on the floor, obviously homeless. But as I gave him the cash I noticed he had two aerosol cans in his jacket. So by me giving him this cash he's likely to buy more solvent.

I shall check up on him in a couple of days.

Should I give him any more money?
