How to Make a Caribou Lou | Easy, Sweet, & Strong
Today we are making a Caribou Lou!

The Caribou Lou Cocktail is easy and sweet with only 3 ingredients and can be made in any glass to be dressed down or fancy! This is a strongggg drink, keep in mind we got 1 oz of coconut rum and 1oz of 151 rum which is equivalent of 2oz of a lighter liquor like rum or vodka. So we have 3oz of liquor that goes down quick!
Caribou Lou:
1oz Coconut Rum
1oz 151 Rum
5oz Pineapple Juice
Add ice
Shake, Strain, and Garnish
(Fyi big ice cube for short glass - crushed ice for a tropical style in tall glass)
I added some grenadine to the top to add some depth to the drink, but is not needed.
