Holiday Cocktails - Santas Hat

The Santas Hat! Upside down but fuzzy and delicious. Episode 2 of holiday cocktails is about looks and taste. Sweet and fun to look at this is a pretty easy cocktail to make. The hardest part is the coconut flakes with vanilla frosting but is easy once you get the hang of it. Hot water will take the frosting off the glass easy!
Recipe:
Santas Hat
1 tbsp vanilla frosting
1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Grenadine
Shake and Strain into chilled martini glass
Top off with lemon lime soda!
Garnish with a peppermint stick
