OOX-Fleetfoot/MG [Mech Chicken with Rockets]
Taming with Liger series!
They just recently made this mechanical pet tameable for hunters!!
What you need:
1) Mecha-Bond Imprint Matrix, crafted by Engineers. Allows hunters to tame mechanical pets.
2) When in Rustbolt zone, look for a NPC named Oglethorpe Obnoticus (cord. 72.37). If this NPC is up, then the rocket chicken is up as well.
3) Turn on [track mechanical] ability, look for a fast moving yellow dot. It mainly sticks to the paths. It does tend to run into dead-ends often so just keep up with it until it stops and start taming.
If you don't want to follow it until it makes one of its stops, then use concussive shot or the scrap granades for stun. Players have suggested you can also use a Deepcoral Pod for speed boost.
