This is how I made the heart-shaped mold for the Gouda:
My friend has a 3D printer. He used the follower and the insert as a model and created the heart shaped designs for each. He used food-grade materials for this project. The diameter of the heart on the follower at its widest point is 3 inches. The insert has 4 rows of hearts. The diameter of each heart at their widest point is 1 inch.
