So, the St Honore, Is it a lot work? yes. Is it worth it? hell yes!
This dessert is insanely addictive, the lightness of the vanilla cream and custard, the crackling texture of the Choux pastry and the flakiness of the puff pastry combined make for a wonderful dessert.
