Ingredients:
Sponge cake
3 large eggs
30g Sugar
45g Flour (all purpose)
30g butter (unsalted)
20g milk (whole)
Whipped Cream
250g whipping cream
20g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Jam
125g jam of your preference
