Seed & Nourish - Spirit
This is one in the S&N (Seed & Nourish) series. The intent here is to apply an energetic process here involves first seeding the energetic fields of the body with energies to bring forward spiritual growth and development. Then each of these seeds as well as pre-existing seeds are nourished to grow and evolve until the desired changes are embodied.
