Seed & Nourish - Body
This is one in the S&N (Seed & Nourish) series. The intent here is to apply an energetic process which involves first seeding the energetic fields of the body with energies to bring forward good health and desired body changes according to individual needs and desires. Then each of these seeds is nourished to grow and evolve until the desired changes are embodied. Multiple seeds are included and so some will grow and develop before others.
Listen 1-2 times or as needed with the intent of connecting with the energies.
