OSBF Civility Series #3 | Are You Aligned With Who You Want to Be?
The Ohio State Bar Foundation 2023 Fellows class developed a video series highlighting how civility fosters happiness, empathy, and stronger communities. In today's divided world, civility—respecting others, understanding different perspectives, and ensuring everyone feels valued—is more important than ever. The 6 part video series asks us all to consider what it means to be civil, offering perspectives and tips to help you think about how you bring respect and kindness to your interactions.
In the third video of the six-part series, OSBF Fellow Joseph Cole explores how we can better reflect on our actions, notice how our emotions and body react, and ask if our behavior aligns with who we want to be.
