Ingredient
•3 tbsp bread flour or all-purpose flour/25g
•1/2 cup water/125g
1. combine the water and flour in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. heat in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until it is
thick like a paste.
3. wrap and set aside to cool to room temp.
*alternatively cook in a little pot or pan on the stove!
MAIN DOUGH:
•1/2 cup milk, warm/125g
•1 large egg/50g
21213 cun of bread flour or all purnose flour/350g
•2 tsp instant yeast
•1/3 cup sugar/70g
•1/2 tsp salt
•the above cooled tangzhong
ADD LATER 2 tbsp butter, room temp/30g
